Linda Wilkerson is currently president of Minds Matter LLC. Minds Matter LLC is training and consulting company designed to support the training needs of people working in the community who support people with disabilities. This agency also provides direct PT, OT, SLP, cognitive, and behavioral therapies to individuals in their home and community settings. Linda Wilkerson has worked as a Technical Assistance Coordinator for the Kansas State Department of Education's Neurologic Disabilities Support Project. Her duties on the project included inservice training, consultation, and specific technical assistance for educators in the state of Kansas. The project disseminated information to educational and medical staffs, graduate and undergraduate classes and families, inside and outside of the state of Kansas. In that position, Linda Wilkerson has also provided consultation to school districts in several other states through national and state conferences, on topics related to TBI and Behavior Management. Linda worked as a special education teacher for 22 years working with students with challenging behavior. Her graduate studies have been in the areas of challenging behavior and traumatic brain injury in school age children.
